      Culture is bar none. The best.

      Cons

      They cut all their sales people off at the knees by going to Incremental Annual Recurring Value. You only get paid on the additions or upsell for year 1. I had a $750,000 del I was paid only on $69,000 at 1.9%.

      When being recruited, they sell you on a vision of growth and fulfilling work which is far different from the reality. There is no feedback system to voice concerns or discuss growth/interest within the company. Any conversations had are just ignored. Lots of politics. The vision is strategy, the outcome is mediocrity.

      Very volatile. Arrogant leadership and technology that is still old school. The company desperately needs to build a cloud native technology.
