Pros
* Smart People work here * State of the art tech stacks * Decent pay ( noway near other big techs . e.g. other silicon valley based tech companies)
Cons
* Communication, communication and communication. They love bombarding you with slack communication. I simply do not understand when do they think an engineering can put his/her head down and solve a problem * Too many managers just adding and filling up your meeting calendar * Too many people making decision and creating work but less workers * Good luck, you pager will only thing you'll hear in your life.
