Pros

Great product! The product is superior and works, customers grown their licenses and although competition is cheaper, it doesn't hold a candle... That is a wonderful thing when you work for a software company. The people are awesome, very smart and talented. The executive team is one of the best I have worked with in a number of years.

Cons

For me, it was a lack of focus in my particular industry. But I understand their position, that is for partners to pursue. So, I became a partner...

Pros

Interesting products and services, fun culture, diverse workforce are just some of the pros to working here. Most people work a reasonable number of hours without feeling overworked. There are enough product lines to find one that interests you.

Cons

Very few of the product lines pull in the most revenue. The classic 1% has 99% dilemma. I think upper management should be open to delving into more innovation and R&D.

Pros

I loved the environment at Splunk and most of the team that I worked with. I think the overall view of Splunk is amazing. I think that some of the recent changes in management will be great for the company. The benefits are amazing.

Cons

The pay scale is a little lower than most of the industry in a few of the areas. The management team needs a bit more updating to bring in people that can work with strategy and be a true support for a company going in hyper-growth mode.
