      Pros

      Very supportive team, good compensation and benefits. Interesting projects. Great product, our customers love our product and that makes our jobs a lot more enjoyable.

      Cons

      You really need to get to know the product to be able to fully contribute. Given that the product is highly technical the learning curve is pretty high.

      Pros

      Some great people and some good leaders Some people are trying hard to keep the fun going within Splunk Good solutions and potentially a bright future. A good peer to peer / advisory relationship can develop if you work with the right leaders and mentors. Really great progress in Professional services and Partner areas.

      Cons

      Too many bad managers with too much power who are not real leaders. Company is prepared to throw money at people when they just want rid of them even if they are extremely strong performers. Very few managers follow any HR best practices to coach and mentor individuals or teams. A lot of growth pains that a lot manager are not equipped to deal with. Still way to much hiring going on via connections rather than correct due diligence during interviews. A lot on implicit bias exists within some the longer serving members of staff, particularly in you come from a large vendor or tech background.
