      Very strong leadership team - Great CEO, Relevant and disruptive Technology. Passionate and collaborative teams. Best career move I ever made. Surrounded by smart people.

      Would love additional training and company could benefit from rotational programs. Growing very quickly, and looking forward to the two new buildings

      Pros

      Solid product with strong legacy and varied use cases. Sound development and technical Security Analytics team strengths. Flexible work arrangement with decent benefits.

      Cons

      It's very sad to see many decent people leave Splunk after investing many years of their expertise in the company. New management are being allowed to clear the decks and bring their own box-movers and yes-employees that don't question any decisions.

      This is the best place to work. You must make your way into Splunk! Please bookmark this review so that other good reviews don't pile onto this one and share the link with your friends. Pros are as follow: Generous with bonuses and RSU: Bonuses are given out every quarter and another bigger chunk of bonus at the end of fiscal year Extremely friendly environment: Parties for almost all occasions and events Extremely generous with spot bonuses: High motivation to get things done goes along well with more bonuses Extremely well with retention: This is a place that has a very low attrition rate Liberal with promotion: Just like what the people from HR will tell you - always talk to your manager. That is so true! Just make sure that you constantly talk to your manager about your goals. Extremely well balanced work-life workplace: Don’t worry about working long hours because it’s all about work-life balance. You can expect a laid-back environment here. Extremely passionate leadership
