      Great Working Experience at Splunk

      Pros

      Splunk big data platform including its AI Ops solution is really a game changer. Additionally, it's a great tech company with a lot of talent people. Equally importantly, I did enjoy the work atmosphere, no matter in the Shanghai office or in the US office, as people collaborated closely to solve customer problems and make things better together.

      Cons

      Due to the global trade war, the Shanghai office was shut down in 2020.

      Pros

      Good pay, great colleagues that are always ready to help, decent bonuses and secondary, Splunk responded to the pandemic situation very well. Clear view on career and growth paths and overall very positive, encouraging company culture.

      Cons

      Awkward time in growth of Splunk where contours of silos are becoming and regional nuance is sometimes forgotten. Some growing pains
