      Pros

      Lots of cool projects to work on if you show your interest. The company is having successes world-wide with its cool products. Lots of intelligent people to work with.

      Cons

      The company is growing at a fast speed, and is suffering from typical growing pains. How to maintain the culture is a big challenge.

      Pros

      Fantastic Product that customers love. Amazing perks and compensation. Plenty of room for growth, promoted after less than a year. Openness from Upper Management. Building 7 new floors near the Ballpark.

      Cons

      Probably the same as any hyper growth software company. It's going to be difficult to keep the same culture when you're growing from 500-5000. Some of the folks that have been here 5+ years might be reticent to change.
