      - Fast paced growth continually opens up new opportunities - Management genuinely cares about maintaining the 'Splunk Culture' that has been cultivated in the early days of Splunk - Individuals who work here are passionate about being here which provides a rewarding place to work and continually challenge yourself - The product actually does what it says and is solving business challenges not just technical problems

      You need to be able to cope with the fast pace of change and the fact that due to this often systems and processes will lag behind the size of the business. Be willing to do more than what your job description asks of you. If your in it for the straight forward 9-5 and clock out, this isn't the place to be. It will ask plenty of you but in return give plenty of opportunity to grow, learn and have an impact on the wider business than you would otherwise.
