Pros
Excellent benefits, ok pay. Lots of time off.
Cons
Not like it used to be. They used to train people in depth, but as time goes no they don't keep up on it causing skills gaps that they magically think you'll be able to just figure out. Also depending on the group is it very cliquish like high school. So if you want to move up make sure you get in with the right crowd or you'll never go anywhere.
