      Smart people, cool technology, great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Lots of acquisitions have led to scattered initiatives but they're working on tying it all together.

      Pros

      Management has a vision and plan for the future and growing the company. Strong culture woven throughout the company. Focus on celebrating everything. One of the core values is Fun. Great, smart people. Good pay and benefits. Fully stocked kitchen.

      Cons

      No commuter benefits Not sure what else to say. I really like this company.

      Pros

      Great pay, benefits, food, and as much sugar free redbull as you can handle. Everyone in the company believes in working as a team. Old Splunkers help new Splunkers and share knowledge. Just a big happy family.

      Cons

      Nothing is perfect, so you do come across things you might not like. Just deal with it. Best way to to deal with it is just remain positive and look at all the good thins Splunk has to offer. Also I wish the process for internal employees to move up or around was little different.
