      Pros

      Splunk really cares about the wellbeing of their employees as well the organization's goals. It is a good balance between the individual and the organization's needs. Amazing benefits as well.

      Cons

      Sometimes the jobs can lack a sense of purpose. You will need to be self-disciplined working in sales from home, but Splunk does a good job keeping everyone motivated.
