Pros

Some good, smart people still work for Splunk. Decent benefits and work choices, in principal, not reality.

Cons

The passive aggressive mid-level management and forceful senior management work the good, smart people into the ground without opportunity for growth. This is what is driving folks to be miserable and to quit en masse.
