      - Going through an exciting transformation - Everyone's openness to new ideas - Strong culture and clear values - Transparent updates from leadership - Everyday is filled with technical challenges, not political battles

      Cons

      - Free food is only available if you "hunt" for it - Internal tools are very disconnected (finding benefit details, etc) - Santana Row office is very "sterile"
