A culture that supports employee well-being and work-life balance. Interesting work and great colleagues.
Cons
High employee turnover during the last year including C-Suite. The amazing company culture is changing as a result of new leaders who want to bring their former companies’ culture. Some employees were laid off despite different communication from senior leadership. Compensation is not very competitive.
