      I have been working at Splunk for almost a year now

      Pros

      Excellent and flexible work environment. Got a great work life balance. Top level management is focused and its working hard to push the boundaries. Highly technical people around to inspire you.

      Cons

      As in any fast moving company, new changes are always around the corner where some work and work don't. At times mid-management doesn't have clear vision which causes a lot of confusion and uncertainty. Still very much a US centric company.

      Cons

      Great companies that focus on culture the politics tends to go underground. There are pockets of politics.
