Really attentive and involved E-Staff - Good plans for the future and a high attentiveness for the growing pain remedies required.
Cons
As with life... it depends on where you are heading. Management training after a high growth time (where the most talented IC is 'promoted' to the manager with no experience or guidance) is ramping up - but it takes time. So consider the person you'll be reporting to and whether that's conducive to your personality.
