Pros

- Incredibly supportive workplace that promotes a culture of learning about ideas and skills that apply beyond my immediate job requirements - There is very open communication up and down the hierarchy and across departments, even in a fairly low position on the totem pole I feel very well respected and listened to - All the office and work benefits of a small start-up with the security of a larger publicly traded company (retirement matching, great health insurance, stocks, moving budget, etc) - The friendliness and fun of the office is remarkable, plus unlimited high-quality snacks, insane catered food a couple times a week, kombucha on tap, etc - I am legitimately excited to come to work on Mondays

Cons

- Right now we are in two different buildings downtown, and as we expand in both buildings it's difficult to keep the valued company culture alive with folks in the other building. However, we are planning in moving into a brand new building this fall, and I think this will alleviate any pain points here
