      Remote-friendly culture, good pay and benefits. Good new CEO and company is on an upward trajectory.

      Silos run deep. Senior leaders stay long enough for their stocks to vest, make ineffective changes, and leave.

      So many amazing benefits and work life balance.

      Cons

      Lots of changes and transitions right now bringing moral down. Theres a lot of attrition and a lot of people saying that salary is a large part of why they're leaving.

      Pros

      Splunk is bar none the best company ever. I can say from personal experience that this is a special place, filled with motivated, highly intelligent, and sincerely caring people. You will be surrounded by supportive colleagues who are excited about the product. Splunk has big things coming in the future, and it's an exciting time to come on board. The culture is very fun, and the company stays true to its core values and its roots.
