Pros

Former employee in manufacturing. I loved working here before Shutterfly was integrated. I've had a great experience with HR. They were always very helpful. Team leads were wonderful as well. They never yelled or belittled anyone, always willing to help or to reteach anything you may not have understood. You can work your way up easily, within a few months because most employees left.

Cons

The new work schedule is 10 or 12 hour shifts, new Management was strict on hitting quotas, lunch time is one 40 minute break for a 10 hour work day. If you are ever sick or late you are penalized heavily. They have a one minute policy and operate on a point system. So many people have left the manufacturing portion of the company once Shutterfly began implementing their policies. I'm sure they are aware of what needs to be fixed to keep employees content, I just don't think they care.
