Have people work there longer

Toxic to the extreme. Former factory employees still talk about how awful the environment has become months after leaving. The pandemic and the new CEO really launched a whirlwind of growth that the company dealt with by running their workforce into the ground. Training became inadequate, employees didn't get the support they needed, management became more and more scarce and got to work from home or sit in cozy offices while factory workers toilet in heat that sometimes caused people to pass out or become nauseated. Then the CEO and executives saw nothing but dollar signs when Shutterfly came knocking wanting to buy the company. We were blatantly lied to about how all of it would go down and how things would look after the acquisition. The environment spiraled out of control fast when Shutterfly started taking away every good thing about working there (like the good benefits and what little work/life balance there was), and nearly all of the long-time employees left, on all levels. But, that's what Shitterfly wanted. We spoke up for ourselves and they didn't appreciate it. They want workers who will just shut up, act like robots and question nothing.
