Flexible schedule, hourly/commission/tips, tips are very good, fun culture and environment, vacation, benefits, closed Sundays, men's cuts, no chemicals, yearly bonuses

Cons

Not set schedules, Saturdays mandatory.

Sportclips is great company if the TLs are good.

Pros

Mostly men and boy cuts, occasional women cuts. Tips are decent and do not have to work on Sundays.

Cons

Low hourly base pay, not competitive,for a licensed skilled trade a local fast food restaurants pay more an hour with no experience.No health insurance or 401k and a high turn over rate with stylist.

Culture really depends on your upper bosses and trickles down heavily, feel like your working non-stop with very little recognition, stuck in hustle culture.
