Great work life balance. Easy to make cash. Work when you want to make the amount of money you want. Very easy to build a clientele. No prior clientele needed.

Must work a weekend at most locations

The clients are the best.

Cons

Too many 10 hour days. Credit card tips are held until payday. Required to pay a fee for products which isn't legal. Expects a haircut and shampoo to be finished in less than 15 minutes. Mandatory 7pm meetings. Unprofessional management. No training.
