A real let down

Pros

Good discount Some good customers that have a good personality or tip well Education classes are good. They go over the latest trends and product knowledge. You get paid while training.

Cons

Make sure you have a good Owner, and or Manager. My location had two assistant managers which made it hard when they were conflicting Poor communication from management and owner. Timed haircuts and if someone was clocked in and not doing hair it would affect our times and in results our money

Pros

Good clients pretty good tips and depending on the franchisee good commission

Cons

Some owners are really unfair and don't understand that you may have a family and you are not a robot

Pros

Very busy due to national advertising, continuing education provided

Cons

Run short staffed consistently, no raises EVER it’s $10/hr forever and if you want more they tell you to work faster, they want full flexibility 7 days a week/12 hours a day, you have to beg and fight for time off, they like you to skip your breaks, it’s like working with the five middle school girls that hated you the most but you’re expected to suck that up and do 3 MVP’s per hour, my paycheck BOUNCED 17 times in 6 years, they held our money when the pandemic closed us down
