      Pros

      The company does provide a structure for success and the training to help you get there and make a lot of money! Cutting only men's hair is fantastic and learning new techniques help you advance your skills.

      Cons

      The owners changed how the pay is set up for the employees and it greatly affected the morale within the shop. The way it affected all the employees doesn't seem to phase the owners at all! Half the staff is thinking or planning to leave soon due to it.

      Pros

      Nice people to work with and management is very nice.

      Cons

      Not good pay at all! Basically minimum wage with tips. Also they make it seem like your getting health insurance but you don't unless your full time and been there a while. Also it's poor insurance at that. No breaks.
