The owner stopped years ago giving us raises years ago, he made making commission hard to Achieve & then hired A lot of Extra workers on top of Always having to deal with the other disgruntled employees as well as Always having a Micro Manager on duty that constantly is watching our every move, Not a comfortable place to be in…
