      Pros

      Love the Sport Clips system and clients. Team Members and Coaches are great. Everyone is very down to earth.

      Cons

      Team Leader has too many stores and considers everyone a number. The company preaches values and he certainly lacks them. Benefits aren’t great, way too expensive for the amount of money you get paid. Must hit goals to even receive vacation pay. That’s if they even let you take it. His stores are so under staffed because of how he treats the people that work for him. They change pay plans all the time to make goals unattainable.

      You get compensated very well for what you put in. Base pay is pretty fair..

      Cons

      Have to deal with difficult clients from time to time, have to attend mandatory meetings and are very strict about what they expect so you have to do as they say.
