Overall, the company itself isn’t bad. However, they are extremely pushy on sales. After working full time for nearly 6 months and having good sales & client numbers, I had 2 consecutive bad weeks and was bumped down to part time. Even though the store was already understaffed, they still forced me to cut my hours because I wasn’t selling enough product. Other than that, the management at my store was horrendous. It left the rest of the employees at my location with low morale and motivation. With the managers calling off at least once a week, changing their own numbers and hours in the computer, stealing from the drawer, and having scandalous relations with other people within the company, it just became too much. The same month that I left, several other girls followed suit. If you can get into a good location with good management, I highly recommend it. I loved this job, the location, the clientele, and the business brand, but my personal experience with my managers were too much to handle.
