Thank you for your input and time at Sport Clips! We do have processes at Sport Clips to set you up for success and to ensure a consistent experience for our clients. The brand as a whole does not expect team members to use a script. There is a process that we follow, but our expectation is that you execute the points, and the rest is up to you. The verbiage and personality of each team member is so important! We provide each team member with business cards so they can build their business behind the chair and capture requests. As the Franchisor, we provide best practices, and support to our franchisees. It is up the store owner (franchisee) to operate their store and hire/manage their team members. I highly recommend you take a moment to discuss this matter with your store owner. I think there has been a miscommunication. You might ask if the script is an absolute or if it is a guide to use until you get comfortable and able to make it your own. Thank you for being a store manager! It is hard work, but also rewarding. Please keep your store owner and Coaches close. Let them know how they can support and encourage you!
