      Pros

      Sportclips has ongoing Continuing education. Company holds true to their values, their is always fun and exciting contests in my store. I love my team, and t her servixe that we provide is unlike anywhere else.

      Cons

      Long hours, not closing ontime, wearing to many hats as a manager.

      Pros

      Very easy to build clientele and retain them as well. Lots of opportunities to move up within the company. Easiest company I have ever worked for. Great company if you love structured work environment. Love love love our team leader!

      Cons

      Apparently there are some team leaders that aren't as good to their workers, never experienced it first hand but have know of others that have had bad experience. Look at team leaders.
