Pros
I've worked with Sportclips for 3 years to date, I currently manage a salon they offer competitive pay, room for advancement, and the company is founded on sound values that are upheld through all levels. Pros are cozy uniforms, no chemical services, continuing education, clear job duties a right way and a wrong way if you will. There's a great emphasise placed on caring about your clients and educating men and boys on proper haircare.
Cons
If you are set on doing color, and dislike structure I wouldn't say this is a good fit for you. Sportclips offers a professional clean fast paced environment
