Run immediately. They make you think that you can hit the commissions to reel you in But ultimately it’s a joke.

*Ultimately it’s up to the owner’s discretion how you get paid. *For instance in regards to new client retention. Which indicates any customer that is brand new to the store and those customers do not return within a 12 week rolling period. That counts against your commission pay. * Owner decides to change commission pay tiers mid pay period to higher retail sales, higher new clients retention, higher MVP sales etc. * They hire any warm body to fill the chairs not stylist that are trained appropriately. * If you don’t cut at 1.9 per client regardless of how busy the shop is your commission pay is lowered.
