Sport clips has amazing opportunities to grow at every position. I love my job! The support you receive from every level of support from the home office in Texas, to area coaches and developers, the team leaders, managers and even the other stylists is amazing. This company really is a team effort!!! Everyone's success matters! Also wearing comfy shoes and uniforms to work is a huge plus!!! I've worked at 3 stores so far across the country. Loved every one! Love how sport clips supports military spouses like me!!!

Cons

Every job has days that won't be 100 great or go smoothly. However in comparison to other companies I've worked for there are not really any cons to sport clips!!!

They pay hourly plus commission, it's a fun work environment, the system is easy to follow, and they make you feel appreciated.

Cons

I can't think of a downside to working for this company. I love everything about it.
