      Flexible with work schedule when needed, and great staff to work with.

      Can get very busy at times, you have to be able to stay on top of it, no breaks until it slows down

      Pros

      I've been a store manager for 2 years. Sportclips was the perfect choice when I moved to a new town. The owners are fantastic and it's a lot different than working for a corporate salon. The 5 point play is so easy to follow..most of it is things you would do anyway it just helps guide the stylists and give the client the best experience. You get to wear comfortable attire and have fun at work. Guys love watching sports while waiting to get a cut and while in your chair. And don't forget men tip better than women

      Cons

      We open at 9am everyday but Sunday I think Monday through Friday we shouldn't open till 10 since the first hour is almost always slow
