      Flexible with work schedule when needed, and great staff to work with.

      Can get very busy at times, you have to be able to stay on top of it, no breaks until it slows down

      Pros

      At my shop at least. It is very organized and very fair. We are very busy that I make great money I am granted the hours I need. There is no drama at all. I'm happy being an employee there for now.

      Cons

      No salary raises, this explains the high turnover rate. come on guys! Paid sick days. Wish there was more growth in the company. Schedule could be done fairer and not created around managements weekend plans.

      Just cutting guys haircuts, uniforms and comfortable shoes, nice clean stores, easy computer system,

      Cons

      Pay plan isn't realistic unless you work in a high volume store. Open seven days a week long hours. No benefits such as dental or health insurance. Low hourly pay. Low tips just doing guys haircuts. Stores are owned by business men that have no clue about the hair business or being a hair stylist. Manager pay is horrible for the amount of work they have to do.
