Pros

Good experience to put on resume. I'm an aspiring cosmetologist so time in a salon was what i really needed. Good concept for a salon.

Cons

Manager was rude, she was never around. Also their scheduling system is flawed. They have a set amount of hours everyone shares, and the manager hired 13 people for a 10 chair salon. Which left everyone with little hours. like 4hrs a week, no one can live on that.

Pros

Great cash handling experience and customer experience. Loved the people I worked with and great hours. Easy to transfer to other locations since they are located all over.

Cons

Having to work on Sunday mornings was always hard. Was pretty stessful at time since the hair stylist rely on the receptionist to do pretty much everything.

Cons

not enough hours for stylists but the managers are given 44 yet only work 15 to 20 and bring there kids to work with them.franchise does not care and if you tell them they expose you to the manager who does not make daily bank deposits but borrows money out of the deposit and if cant pay it back expects stylists to split the shortage.
