Pros

A good place to get to know how to use a POS system and cashiering. The regular customers are really nice.

Cons

Hours are never set. Schedules change weekly. Management doesn't communicate policy change. General dishonest work environment. Lots of corporate rules. They constantly have people quit or fire them, making the team work ethic hard to achieve.

Pros

Like the clients, like the coworkers, like what the whole fanchise is about as a whole. Like that it's the same any where the clients go. (different states, etc.)

Cons

Sometimes not enough staff for the clients that walk through the door. They may decide to leave and go elsewhere.
