Ability to choose whether to work remote or hybrid. great benefits. great culture. pretty low stress company to work for.

Cons

in my opinion theres only so much you can add to a music app. projects and decisions take forever to move forward.

Spotify takes overall well care of their employees. Spotify ia positive to remote work, more than many other big tech companies

Cons

Big organisation. Cross squad work is slow. Some managers are not that good (like everywhere else I guess)
