Great health insurance, great PTO

Cons

Terrible leadership, especially in Ads R&D. No leadership development, minimal internal mobility, lots of white men, lots of hierarchy. “Controlled chaos” seems to be the way they gaslight you into thinking this is a wonderful place to work. Run far and fast from this part of the org
