Pros

Innovative and very intelligent people who really want to do the most for artists. Flexible work environment (able to work from almost anywhere). Fantastic benefits and work/life balance was a key factor in how much I enjoyed my tenure.

Cons

D-Team as they are referred to lacks diversity. The overall mission to pay artists less than their value is disheartening in a landscape where margins and profit rule the industry. Pay is below industry standards and mobility can be tricky. Nepotism is the main way to enter the company and the music team is a bit of a popularity contest for who is able to succeed.
