      Pros

      It's a fun and ambitious environment where you can affect anything that happens at the company. You make a lot of friends at work.

      Cons

      the rapid growth has created some chaos. There are a lot of ambitious people here who want to make things happen but given there's a lot of inexperience, people chase a bunch of different balls

      Great employees, smart people, and generally a wonderful work environment to be in. I have been at several companies and this is the best place i've been at so far!

      Still in a startup type phase so things change quite often. Need to be able to adapt well to a changing environment

      - Working with brilliant, young, fun, motivated people that have come from incredible companies and are changing the game in music and technology - International/Global company allows you to work and learn from people of all cultures - Outstanding company culture which treats it's employees with an appreciation for all their hard work - lots of great perks! - A positive, happy, inspiring environment which promotes growth internally and allows you to create your own opportunities - To be a part of something big! - Generous vacation which allows you to experience the things in life that matter!

      Cons

      It is truly hard to come up with a negative to working at Spotify. You may face the struggles of a start up that at times can be frustrating but it has been truly amazing to see how far this company has come and how it continues to grow. On the other hand, if you are looking for a true start up, Spotify has become a much more mature company.
