- Good culture and teammates. Enjoyable to work with them and relatively low stress environment compared to other companies - Pay is above average, but largely due to stock appreciation as well.

- Culture is taking a downhill, leadership more readily breathing down on necks - No incentive to try hard due to lack of refreshers and pay raises
