      - hardworking and good people

      - lack of structure - HR doesn’t care about you and they don’t know what they are doing - long and unnecessary hours - low pay and poor benefits

      Team culture "used to be" nice.

      Cons

      There's little benefits, below-market salary, weak and unsupportive leadership, excessive micromanagement, consistent mix of pressure and guilt-tripping, lack of organizational structure, no accountability taken, and a continually decreasing team size. Plus no willingness to make improvements on any of these. Overall, it feels unsafe and outlook is extremely poor.
