Great place to work while completing undergrad!

Pros

My coworkers and bosses were all amazing people who genuinely cared about me as a person. They were very flexible to work around my crazy schedule as a full-time student with two majors.

Cons

The only con I can think of is the training. I would have liked a little bit more, but this was very much a learn-on-the-job experience which doesn't quite suit my personality.

Excellent faculty, important mission, great students and many good colleagues

Cons

Leadership, staff turnover, consistent budget cuts and layoffs, no employee satisfaction surveys or ways to evaluate leaders.
