Pros

I never had to take work home with me - there was a very clear delineation between home and office life.

Cons

They tried to make everyone more than just coworkers - they wanted us to all become almost like a family. Some of us are only there to work so we can sustain our lives. We would be penalized for not buying into that philosophy.

Pros

I was a part time student employee and it was good. I learned a lot about my future career by working part-time in the department. You can't go over a certain amount of time or you'll get in big trouble but besides that the people are great and it is fun getting to know more of the students by working for the university.

Cons

Work study just means that it's part time and very very strict on hours. The work sometimes was long and extensive but still really good.
