Pros

Good people with good benefits, particularly if you have a college age student with tuition benefit.

Cons

The employee moral is at an all time low. Ten years with no raises, many cuts in pay and benefits and people afraid of losing their jobs. You understand when coming to a small Christian university that you are are not going to get rich, but you would like to be treated with dignity and respect even when financial woes bring about adverse circumstances.

Pros

The people in my department that I work with are incredible. You won't find a better environment.

Cons

Expect 27 course load per year (much higher than many schools) and much lower pay than many other schools.

Pros

- Office culture is generally positive - Appreciate my non-student coworkers - Fairly flexible with classes

Cons

- Always minimum wage, regardless of the time spent in a position - Not always learning practical skills for the future, and little room to grow
