Pros

It's a very flexible environment, and they were understanding about personal and medical issues that would come up. They made sure it was easy to learn the processes, with both one on one training and detailed manuals for the student workers to use

Cons

Sometimes the paperwork would get backed up and become very stressful for everyone, unavoidable but still difficult for new workers Most student workers can only make minimum wage, no matter the position

Job is on campus and actively working with the student body. Wonderful leadership and coworkers with an emphasis being on teamwork and as an employee, you feel very need and well supported by your team.
