Pros

The majority of the students are delightful and respectful. The district is in transition and change is on the way. There is a strong PTO presence which gives great support to its campuses and student bodies.

Cons

Because of the transition, there were moments of disorganization. The ELA curriculum was quite hard to follow initially and had quite a few missing components. There is no union presence and the administrators know this and get away with unfair practices.

Nice coworkers Salary is good but expect to work for EVERY CENT of it

Cons

-District micromanages school budget, leading to teachers not having the basics we need to teach -Woeful lack of technology at the campus level -Lack of support in regards to campus discipline -Ridiculous middle school hours-- school ends at 4:30 and mandatory tutorials aren't over until 6pm
