Pros

Odds are good that you won't lose your job, no matter how terrible of an employee you may be. Few, but some great co-workers who want the best for students in Spring ISD. A new superintendent that says he will change things. Great kids!

Cons

Benefits stink, favoritism, lack of support from administration, large class sizes, low pay, lack of parental involvement, teachers buy their own paper, no substitutes so classes must be divided, lack of resources

Pros

Great people working in this district. Very knowledgable and talented individuals teaching the students.

Cons

Spring ISD is going through growing pains of transforming its leadership team including a newly named Superintendent and several new positions.
