Spring Independent School District reviews

Class sizes are ridiculously huge. 40+ students in a class with only 33 desks is common apparently. They will tell you that your pay will be a certain number, but when you move in from out of state, the number is close to $20,000 lower. You are expected to work days for which you are not paid such as onboarding and new teacher bootcamp. Be prepared to work from 6:30 am until 3:30 pm. You'll be expected to work after hours too. Be prepared to buy copy paper for your 300+ students. Be prepared to have your phone blown up by your team lead all day long if you are unfortunately ill one day. It's a broken system. The sad part is that I think that they are trying.
