If you are a busser they make you carry people's trays who cant carry them.

Pros

Great opportunity to grow. Privately owned and operated, so your voice and options are heard by the owners. Compensation is competitive. If you like to golf you can golf as an employee for free. Small management team, so communication is great!

Cons

no benefits. long hours from the months of may to October. In the off season work is scarce but we are still expected to work 5 days a week
